You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sale and discounted items are eligible when they meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Email Support@tinyvoices.store with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Tiny Voices made an error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or relevant details. We will review the issue and provide return, replacement, or refund instructions.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete processing.

Refund Without Return

In limited cases, Tiny Voices may decide that a return is not required. This is considered individually and is not guaranteed.
