At Tiny Voices, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address or request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, your building management, or the shipping carrier.

While Tiny Voices is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier, we'll do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
